Wor-Wic WAVES Participant Survey

Thank you for taking part in Wor-Wic College’s Workforce and Academic Victory through Empowering Success (WAVES) project to help youth and adults with disabilities build job skills. Mathematica is helping Wor-Wic learn about participants’ experiences through this survey. Taking part in this study is your choice. Your answers will help Wor-Wic see how the project is working and how it can be improved to better help people.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will be private. No one will know who gave each answer. If you decide not to do the survey, it will not change the help or services you get now.
